"The Report of the 1964 Policy and Planning Board which appeared in the March 1965 American Psychologist invited comments to the Board. To date, the Policy and Planning Board has received letters from 5 individuals and 12 state associations regarding the recommended Bylaw changes providing for representation on the Council of Representatives." Representative comments from state associations in Maryland, Kentucky, Missouri, Iowa, Colorado, and Washington are reproduced.
