Recently Moshe Vardy (PP, 1972, 3, 277-280) analyzed a matter of concern for many mental health professionals: the implications of a role change from therapist healer to agent of social change. In reading the article I was impressed by the fact that many of us do not have a full awareness and understanding of the dimensions involved in being a mental health professional.
